Social service organizations often face complex questions: How do we build the core brand and support marketing needs of individual programs? What messages resonate with donors, clients, and partners? We helped JCC Greater Boston build a brand hierarchy, then became an extension of their team to create and implement an integrated communications plan.

Native Plant Trust outgrew their former name years ago, but could not find the way to a new one on their own. We worked closely with staff and board to establish clear criteria for a new name, then facilitated an inclusive process to arrive at a new identity, including messaging, name, and tagline.
